In view of solving the problems and phenomena of icing problems in the field of composite materials,this paper studies the electrical heating performance of carbon nanotube paper(CNT paper)by means of experimental method to explore the effect of carbon nanometer paper as the heat source to prevent icing.Making further efforts to study the wings' /leafs' temperature changing properties and heat transfer characteristics of electric heating in the wind field.It will provide the relevant basis for the application of carbon nanotube paper(CNT paper)in the application of electro-thermal anti-icing of composite materials,and then reduce the experimental cost and improve the experimental efficiency for engineering application.Firstly,in this paper,the preparation process of carbon nanotube paper(CNT paper)is analyzed,and the proportion of mixed carbon nanotube paper with high toughness is proposed.The composite laminates are prepared by carbon nanotube paper(CNT paper)to study the thermal damage and thermal fatigue through the thermocycling test.The result shows that the resistivity of carbon nano-paper composite laminates increases little after thermocycling test,and the thermal damage and thermal fatigue are also small.It still has good thermodynamic properties and electrochemical properties.The wing's/leaf's model of the carbon nano-paper composite was further studied.The thermal characteristics of the carbon nano-paper composite airfoil are studied from the experimental point of view,and the relevant data are provided for further numerical simulation.Finally,the CFD simulation of the airfoil tunnel experiment is carried out.According to the experimental data and CFD simulation data,it is proved that using the carbon nano-paper as the anti-icing heat source is possible,and the result will also be used for the future application of carbon nanometer paper in the anti-icing field.
