The paper mainly studies the fault evaluation and early warning mechanism of heating system.In view of the increasing size of the heating scale and the frequent occurrence of faults,it is necessary to establish the fault early warning mechanism of heating system to diagnose and evaluate the faults of heating network and to slove the faults according to a scientific process.Based on the basic information database and the fault experts database of heating system,the paper studies about the diagnosis method and evaluation method of the heating network fault,and finally establishes the fault early warning mechanism of the heating system.Firstly,the composition and structure of the heating system is studied.Accordingly,the basic information database is established.The database contains the constitutive information and operating information of heat source,heat network and heat users.The basic information database is used for the storage and call of these information.Secondly,through the study of the type,manifestations,causes and treatment methods of the heating system failure,the failure expert database.of the heating system is established.The fault expert database contains the fault information of heat source,heat network,and heat users as well.It is used to provide theoretical support for the establishment of fault evaluation and early warning mechanism.Thirdly,the simulation for leakage and jam fault of the dendritic pipe network is made in order to study the variation of the circulating pump,the node pressure,the flow of pipe end,the flow of heat users and the available pressure under fault state.And the concept of fault diagnosis is proposed.Fourthly,the evaluation and grading standards of the pipe network failure are proposed.The fault of the pipe network is divided into three levels according to the range of influence,the change ratio of parameters and other index,and different prossing methods of fault are distributed.Finally,the early warning mechanism of the heating system is established,including the composition and characteristics of the early warning mechanism,and the composition and implementation process of the early warning system.The early warning system consists of six parts,including information collection subsystem,early warning information system,early warning analysis subsystem,fault evaluation subsystem,early warning release subsystem and early warning response subsystem.The failure warning process of heating system is information monitoring,information storage,fault analysis,evaluation of diagnostic,release of early warning,and process of early warning.
