Fault Evaluation And Early Warning Of Heating Pipe Network

This paper mainly studies the fault evaluation and early warning mechanism of heating pipe network system.Nowadays,the application scale of heating pipe network system is more and more extensive,which leads to the occurrence of faults more and more frequently.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an early warning mechanism of heating pipe network system to monitor and manage the heating pipe network system.This paper firstly establishes the basic information database and fault expert database of heating pipe network system,and then puts forward the fault evaluation method and grading standard of heating pipe network system,and finally establishes the fault warning system of heating pipe network system.(1)establish the basic information database and fault expert database of heating pipe network system by reading a large number of books,literature,papers,etc.The basic information database of heating pipe network is mainly used to store the basic information of equipment in heating pipe network and the basic operation information during the operation of heating network.The fault expert database mainly stores the different fault types in the heating pipe network system,the causes of the fault and the solutions.(2)use MATLAB programming software to simulate and analyze the branch pipe network of the heating network system,and analyze the changing law of the parameters of the node,pressure,flow rate and head of the heat network under the condition of blockage and leakage failure.The main contents and methods of fault diagnosis are proposed.(3)the classification method of heating pipe network system under different grading standards is proposed,and the faults of heating pipe network system are divided into three grades,namely slight fault,general fault and serious fault.Different methods are proposed for different fault classification.(4)establish the early-warning mechanism of heating pipe network system,which mainly includes the main features of the early-warning mechanism,the content and function characteristics and the main process of the early-warning mechanism.The early-warning system of heating pipe network mainly includes the early-warning system and the early-control system,and the early-warning system includes information collection and identification;Six parts: early warning analysis,assessment and release;The pre-control system mainly includes three parts: fault organization preparation,parameter daily monitoring and fault improvement.
