The bus schedule is the process of assigning the bus trip to the bus.So the optimization of bus schedule include the timetable which decides the bus trip and the terminal' buses.The goal of optimization is to reduce the number of buses in the terminal,and solve the problem that the bus capacity,the total run time is not balanced.However,to optimize the bus schedule need the passengers' travel data.Commonly used method to get the data is manual investigation,however,this method not only need a lot of human and financial resources,but can't guarantee the accuracy.So this paper optimized the bus schedule through IC card data.Firstly,the passenger' getting-on and getting-off stations were derived by IC card data.This paper introduced the swiping card time different threshold,to distinguish adjacent IC card records were located at the same station.On this basis,established the site passenger number' calculating algorithm,and through the Python language to achieve the passenger number' programmatic calculation.The paper derived passengers' getting-off stations through the establishment of assumptions and collections,and combined the bus travel chain method with site attraction weight method.Then,introduced the calculation method of section passenger flow,to establish the expected passenger capacity model,that considered the bus operation cost and the passenger demand.To determine the reasonable number of passengers on the bus,that is,the expected passenger capacity.Then selected the station with a large number of passengers as critical stations to construct the passenger flow curve,and got the departure time when the value of the passenger flow curve reached the expected passenger capacity.Selected the minimal departure time,so on,get the optimized bus timetable.Then,assigned bus trips to the bus,and established terminal deficit function,and through the introduction of the deadheading insertion algorithm,to reduce the number of bus.After the optimization of the number of bus,the trips in accordance with the FIFO rules and the bus running time evenly distributed method to build the vehicle's car chain,get a new bus schedule.At last,the paper chose Guangzhou' 23 Road and 37 Road as the example to analyze,and proved that this proposed bus schedule not only met the passenger demand while reducing the number buses of terminal,but solved the problem that the vehicle passenger volume and the total run time is not balanced.Formed a complete bus schedule.
