| Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic development and urbanization speed by leaps and bounds,the world attention.But it should also be noted that too fast construction has brought a surprising number of construction waste,some experts expect by 2020,China’s construction waste savings will reach the peak.In the face of a large number of construction waste,the existing piling up of land and casual landfill will no longer be feasible,especially the waste of a large amount of arable land resources and may cause pollution problems.Therefore,the urgent need to find a new way of construction waste disposal,both rapid and effective solution to the problem of construction waste pollution,but also turning waste into treasure,the construction waste recycling of resources.Once such a deal is found,it is invaluable in reducing the consumption and sustainable development of the entire social resource.In this context,this article with the "construction waste filler classification and filling technology research" research projects,select the construction waste as the foundation of the "Xi’an large-scale maintenance of the use of maintenance machinery project" project.The feasibility of site and data collection investigation,test site operation,in-situ test and testing quality and indoor large-scale direct shear test were analyzed.The feasibility of re-use of foundation waste as construction foundation and the effect of aggregate on the properties of filler were analyzed.1.First of all,through the LA wear rate,the maximum molecular water absorption and other indoor trials to obtain the construction site of the construction waste components and basic physical and mechanical indicators.Classify the construction waste of the research site,and provide the basis for the selection of foundation treatment and foundation filling equipment.2.Using vibration rolling and dynamic compaction of two methods for filling test.After the work,the K30 plate load test and the static penetration test are used to determine whether it meets the requirements of strength and deformation modulus,and the gravity pressure and water stability of the construction waste are observed by embedding the earth pressure box.3.In situ test on the filling test to determine the requirements of the pile after the construction.4.Low strain test,static load test and internal force test of pile.The low-strain test is used to determine the pile integrity,and the type and position of the pile are determined.The static load test determines whether the ultimate bearing capacity of the single pile meets the design requirements.Through the internal force and deformation test of the pile,Pile end resistance.Comprehensive test results,from a technical point of view,after the construction waste treatment can be used as recycled materials for foundation fillers.In this paper,the experimental data and conclusions,the construction waste recycling data to make the support,but also for the composition of similar construction waste resource also has a very important reference value. |
