| In the rapid economic and social development today,environmental pollution has become increasingly serious.The air that people depend on is no longer safe.There are many reasons for air pollution,of which non-road West East machinery does not meet the discharge ratio of large.In order to effectively control air pollution,countries around the world have introduced strict emission standards for non-road mobile machinery.China released the implementation GB20891-2014 "Limits and Measurement Methods for Exhaust Emissions from Diesel Engines for Non-Road Mobile Machinery(Phase III,IV of China)",this paper combined with the national three-stage emissions of non-road mobile machinery to the ball,the company YZT(K)20A tractor vibration roller upgrade.Based on the technical route of the three-stage diesel engine,the power system is composed of the main line,the function,selection basis and arrangement of the diesel engine and its accessories are researched,and the products are upgraded and improved.The main research contents are:1.Through access to relevant information,and communicate with the engine manufacturers to study the domestic high-pressure common rail technology used in diesel engine technology and characteristics.2.Through the study of the composition of the power system to complete the diesel engine and related accessories selection and layout.3.Combining YZT(K)20A towing vibratory roller with three stages of updating and changing contents.4.The advantages of the three-stage diesel engine compared with the two-stage diesel engine in terms of acceleration,economy,environmental protection and other aspects are clarified.5.Through the test and field use,the YZT(K)20A tractor vibratory roller three-stage emission upgrade to verify whether the success of the verification. |
