Study On The Quality And Reliability Evaluation Of Urban And Rural New Public Transport Service

Since "Twelfth five-year",the government put forward higher requirement to the development of transportation industry,our country's road traffic towards integrated,greening,intelligent goal,brought new opportunity for the development of urban and rural passenger transport.Constantly improve the level of urban and rural economy,between the urban and rural residents of more frequently,for urban and rural passenger transport between higher requirements are put forward.While in the process of urban-rural integration in recent years,especially in the optimization and construction of urban and rural roads,urban and rural damage to ecological environment and living environment,etc.So the way of rural residents should advocate low carbon,green transportation,adjust measures to local conditions to build suitable for development of green transportation system in the countryside.In recent years,the government policy,to buy new energy vehicles subsidies for the construction of the new type of integration of urban and rural public transportation has brought opportunities.This article in view of the urban and rural government vigorously implement the strategy of "bus priority",the study of urban and rural public transport service quality.First of all,to give priority to with new energy vehicles of the urban and rural public transport system is discussed,and the urban transit and urban public transport development pattern differences are compared,analyzed the urban and rural residents travel characteristics.Then,six elements of service quality as a starting point,refer to the transportation industry authoritative evaluation system,using 15 of urban and rural public transport service quality factors as evaluation index,constructed the comprehensive evaluation index system of urban and rural public transport service quality;Based on reliability theory,reliability theory of urban and rural bus service quality are discussed in this paper,through the in-depth analysis of the urban and rural public transportation service quality evaluation index,and constructs the index system of urban and rural bus reliability;Based on analytic hierarchy process,to quantify the urban and rural bus reliability index,obtained the weight coefficient of reliability index,and then based on the classic ADC efficiency model,constructs the ADC efficiency model of urban and rural public transport service quality reliability,respectively,after using the evaluation index and analytic hierarchy process to determine weights,in two different ways to studied the reliability and effectiveness of bus service quality.Finally based on the research of xixia county urban and rural public transport,through the instance of this evaluation index system of urban and rural bus and service reliability model verification,find out the problems existing in the urban and rural public transportation development,and put forward reasonable Suggestions.
