In the construction of highway, precast or cast-in-place simply supported and continuous beam bridgebased common bridge in huge quantity. However, due to the construction process, the key to qualitycontrol are not effective, completed bridge quality can not be guaranteed, often resulting in prematurefailure like Cracking, spalling, exposed tendons, seepage. In order to increase the quality of the commonbridges,people pay more attention to the process of controlling techniques and methods of bridgeconstruction. But,there is no relevant process controlling index and index system that can control andestimate the common bridges construction process in the correlative specification. This paper, supported byYunnan Province in2011the first batch of industry technology joint research projects “Study on theQuality Control Index System and Evaluation Method in the Construction Processes of Bridge”. Toachieve common bridge construction for the purpose of monitoring, establish a system of process controlindicators, determine the index weights, develop evaluation criteria, select the appropriate method tocomplete the evaluation process control universal quality evaluation of bridge.Firstly, the common bridge is divided into eight subentry engineering, including precast beam withprestressed steel, precast beam without prestressed steel, poured-in-place beam, pier and cap, cushion cap,spread foundation, bored pile, bridge deck system and auxiliary project. Based on the principle of "easy tocontrol, easy to detect", from areas of materials, equipment, technology, staff and environment, On thebase of surveillance and through the Delphi method,a lot of experts’ suggestions are gathered,and thentext concludes the indexes and sets up the index system.Secondly, for common bridge index system feature with multi-level and multi-index, by comparison,this paper selects Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as an indicator to determine the weights method. Therelative importance of the two indexes based on the two scales given by experts build judgment matrix,applying AHP directly by calculating the index system of each individual weights. For different types ofquantitative and qualitative indicators, take the10-point evaluation criteria, different ranges for each indexsystem determines the corresponding value of the actual score. And the final level of quality processcontrol bridges classified as "excellent, good, middle, lower, and poor" five levels, as the final evaluationcriteria.Common bridge construction process is a very vague and complex nature of the process with fuzzy. This paper proposed using AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of combininguniversal bridge construction process of evaluation, developed a 《Bridge Engineering Quality ProcessControl System》software. Finally, the evaluation system used to the Xin River Bridge in SuomengHighway, calculated the actual score value of eight subentry engineering, concluded that each of subentryengineering’s control quality level is in "good" or above, demonstrate that the system is practical andoperational.
