Paving the single road once with a width paver,it can avoid the vertical & longitudinal segregation and temperature segregation of parallel paving and also can improve the flatness of the paving layer.In this paper,through theoretical analysis,software simulation,combined with field test method,the key technology of wide 1800-type paver is studied.Aiming at the phenomenon that the barycentre of the paver is beyond the core section of the track ground when the paver moved position,the relationship between the width of the ironing device and the reaction force is determined by theoretical analysis.The weight of the paver and the relationship between slip rate and traction is studied.The weight of the body when the maximum traction is satisfied,discussed the method of controlling the slip rate.According to the characteristics of the hydraulic system and the actual operating speed of the paver,the reasonable operating speed is determined.Based on the dynamics and kinematics characteristics of the mixture at the screw,the force and motion state of the mixture in the screw blade and screw support are analyzed.The relationship between the screw parameters and the state of the mixture is determined.The critical speed and the method of reducing the lateral segregation are obtained.The size of screed of the 1800 paver is larger,and its deformation is larger under the static and thermal loads.The horizontal and vertical deformation of the screed is analyzed by using ANSYS software.The horizontal analysis shows that the truss structure can improve the stiffness and reduce the deformation in the horizontal direction.The vertical direction analysis shows that there is an equivalent relation between the thermal stress and the force of the upper truss structure,by adjusting truss structure force to offset the deformation caused by the change of thermal stress.The longer the screed,the larger the deformation is caused by the change of the thermal stress.When the ironer temperature is determined,the amount of deformation and the length of screed traction point to the free end meet the four order relationship.
