| Asphalt paver is the mechanism which paves asphalt mixture on the pavement base to form a high initial compaction degree of surface roughness. Its operation quality problem has always been the focus of attention. But its parameters are still not deeply in research. Suitable parameters are not presented for paver factory and construction units. According to this phenomena, this paper provides a reference for the determination of paver parameters on the theoretical analysis and experimental research.First of all, according to the national and industry standards and the relevant provisions of the field investigation,this paper preliminary delimits the scope of the selection of the operation parameters.Secondly, this paper puts forward the paver vibratory rammer overlapping degree and the concept of effective contact width and in theory, the paver operation parameters is determined.Thirdly, this paper has study on experiment with different thickness about screed vibrating elements, overlapping degree, and the iron plate vibration compaction work.By comparing the different parameters, the range of the operation parameters is further determined.Finally, according to the test of operation parameters on the surface paving operation in KunMing highway,it is concluded that the operation parameters of the scheme is feasible. |
