Engineering Construction Bidding Management Research

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,our country engineering construction field has made significant achievements,however the Chinese construction market dysplasia,the bondage of traditional system and the restriction of factors such as lack of management and operation experience,the engineering construction in the development of the bidding work met with some prominent problems,these problems will seriously hard across the bottleneck of restricting construction development.This study analyzed the basic concept of engineering construction bidding,principle,main program,the main task of the management system and management organization,for the work of construction project bidding and the main problems in the current domestic bidding status are expounded.According to experience in bidding work,in view of some existing instances of bidding,project to provide useful Suggestions.To better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of tendering and bidding of the parties,and ensure the bidding market healthy and orderly operation play an important role.
