Study On Route Scheme For Construction Of Ningbo Section In The Planning Of Hangzhou Ningbo Expressway

The highway is an important infrastructure to promote highway traffic and economic and social modernization process,the planning and construction of the project will not only affect the quality itself,but also affect the entire network layout planning and social economic development environment.Route scheme design and research is an important part of highway planning and construction work.However,the research on the theory and method of highway planning in China,especially in the early stage of the road design,is in a relatively backward situation.Adopting scientific and rational route design is the premise and foundation to promote the healthy and efficient development of expressway.Based on the definition of large highway planning and on the concept of construction projects,such the Hangzhou Ningbo highway as a case study,a depth research on the design scheme of expressway route planning is done in the construction.Systematically the theories and methods of highway line selection is summarized.The basis of the practice of the construction of Hangzhou Ningbo expressway route case is finally provided.Compared with ordinary highway,the highway route scheme design has higher requirements.Its design process needs huge investment funds,strict construction time,high technical standards.And its size and shape can not easily be changed in the construction period.In this paper,based on Hangzhou Ningbo Expressway in Ningbo section of the actual construction project,a comprehensive study on the selection of route theory is made.Firstly the route construction conditions is analyzed,and the necessity of construction route and the background evaluation is discussed.Then combined with the development of traffic forecast,technical standards of expressway is formulated to determine the basic direction and alternative route plan and plan selection.At the end,the selected line is evaluated in many aspects and the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are put forward,so as to achieve the desired results of the road planning and construction of the road plan.the summaried principle and experience which can got through the design research on the alignment scheme in the planning and construction period of ningbo section hangyong expressway is an important complement to the highway alignment design,also pointed the direction to how to solve the similar problems in highway construction.
