Subway has become an important way of city traffic, and the subway station is the hub of subway lines, which is closely related to people life and the development of the city. So it's very important to choose reasonable and economic construction scheme of subway station, which influence the city subway construction and the traffic development, but at present we rely mainly on the technical personnel experience to choose subway station construction scheme. This paper presents a new type of subway station construction scheme comparison model for research and application.By using AHP method and the TOPSIS method, this paper build a subway station construction scheme mathematical model for sorting and comparison, I choose Shengli square station, maritime university station and Zhongshan square station as case for data analysis. This paper adopts expert investigations to confirm six construction scheme as open cut method, cover and cut method, shallow tunneling method, shield driving method and mine tunneling method. Also. I set up eight key factors as homework space, construction difficulty degrees, risk loss degrees, construction safety, engineering cost, project schedule, the influence of the pipeline and transport, and the influence of the surrounding environment. It calculates every index through AHP, makes total hierarchy arrangement and applies the modified TOPSIS to normalize and sort the evaluation index value. Finally, the construction scheme is chosen.This paper puts forward the AHP-TOPSIS model, which strengthen the objectivity of AHP and expand the TOPSIS method of applications, not only enrich the subway station single construction scheme selection of research, and probes into the influence of different station location to construction scheme, and then sets up the city subway lines election system to all the stations. It has great realistic meaning and profound social significance to improve in metro engineering science construction management, build urban subway construction project so fast, safe and effective, and so as guarantee the urban traffic.
