Asphalt concrete pavement in our country mostly adopts the cement stabilized soil as the semi-rigid base, and the production of cement stabilized soil is done through the cement stabilized soil mixing stationt. At present, most of cement stabilized soil mixing station is the continuous twin shaft mixer mixing, there is uneven mixing phenomenon in a number of projects. Some projects in order to ensure the core strength requirements and increase the cement content, which leads to cracks in the base, the main reason is that the material in the mixer mixing time is short and lead to uneven mixing. In order to increase the mixing time, mixing of material more fully, some enterprises adopt secondary mixing pattern, that is to use two blender mixing two times in a row.In view of this problem, the research and development a vibratory mixerin this paper, increase vibration make good contact with the material mixing in mixing process, and obtain good mixing effect. In this paper, first I analyzes the characteristics of cement stabilized soil material, mixing mechanism and movement process of material in a blender, and put forward the design of vibratory mixer on the basis of the original double shaft mixer.Secondly, finished the stability of soil continuous twin shaft mixer parts in the design and calculation, the main components used UG 3D modeling, the finite element analysis on the major components, the movement simulation of mixer, examine the rationality of the mechanism motion scheme. Finally, vibration mixer mixing process was simulated, and no vibration mixing process were analyzed to test the influence of vibration on the material movement.
