| The stirring equipment for experimental asphalt mixtures has been mainly based on vertical type,and the mixing of asphalt mixture in actual production mainly consists of twin-shaft asphalt mixing stations.The structure of vertical mixer and double-shaft mixer is different.There is a big difference between the mixing mode and the stirring characteristics during the mixing process,that is,the mixing mechanism and the mixing process are different between the two,which can not accurately reflect the actual mixing process and the performance characteristics of the mixing mixture.Therefore,the test results obtained by the vertical mixer can not effectively guide the actual project.Based on the analysis of the stirring characteristics of the vertical mixer,this article develops an experimental two-shaft shaft mixer that can simulate the mixing process of a large mixing plant,and can also determine the mixing degree of the mixture at different times through real-time monitoring of the mixing process.The stirring process at a large mixing plant serves as a guide.This paper firstly analyzes the influence of the macroscopic motion and microscopic motion of the mixture on the mixing uniformity during the mixing process of the intermittent two-shaft shaft mixer,and compares and analyzes the mixing principle between the two-shaft mixer and the vertical shaft mixer.The difference in its stirring mechanism based on the theoretical analysis of the mixing mechanism of the twin-horizontal shaft mixer,the theoretical analysis and design calculation of the mixer’s structural parameters and movement parameters were carried out based on similar principles.The length and width of the mixer,the stirring radius,the number of blades,the blade shape and size,and the blades were determined.The installation angle and arrangement,stirring power,motor type,size of the stirring shaft,the size of the stirring arm and the theoretical rotation speed of the mixer,and the finite element simulation analysis of the stirring device during the carding,thus the size and part of the structure of the stirring arm Improvements were made to ensure its reliability;JN-DNJ torque sensors and ECR6100 paperless recorders were added to the stirrer to achieve measurement of agitator shaft torque and motor current,and the bearings of the agitator were based on the size of the torque sensor and the agitator shaft.Couplings are selected.Secondly,the EDEM simulation analysis of the mixing process was carried out to verify the rationality of the structure parameters and the movement parameters of the mixer.At the same time,the reasonable rotation speed of the mixer was obtained through simulation analysis under different rotation speeds.Finally,a variable speed drive system,a unloading system and an automatic heating system based on single chip microcomputer were designed for the motor-converter-reducer,and the heating system was verified by simulation. |
