Twin-shaft mixer is widely applied in various kinds of concrete engineering for its manyadvantages,and has become the dominant model of mixing equipment.Design of mixermainly includes the structure design and the parameters selection. It should guarantees thegood mixing effect and high productivity,reliability and low consumption,environmentalperformance when designs mixer.Mixing is a complex dynamic process, motion speed and motion trajectory of mixture ismainly determined on the structure parameters and motion parameters of mixingmechanism.So the parameters selection of mixing mechanism is of great significance toimprove mixing quality and effiency.This paper has done Theoretical analysis and calculationand optimized the parameters of the main mixing parameters based on test data.The reliability of mixer is also very important, Its relationship to the normal productionof concrete.It may cause heavy losses if the reliability is not good. Mixing mechanism is theworking device of mixer,the mechanical property of mixing mechanism is closely related tothe reliability of mixer.This paper has done the design and mechanics analysis and done thestatic analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis based on ansys.Obtain thestress and deformation distribution of mixing mechanism which is in stuck condition,and findout the weak area of strength and stiffness.Obtain influence of vibration loads to mixingmechanism through modal analysis and harmonic response analysis.All of them haveprovided the reference for design.
