The mixing blades are one of the most important parts of the stabilized soil mixer,which has a direct effect on the mixing quality and efficiency of the material.At present,the evaluation of the wear resistance of the mixing blade is mainly judged by the actual working condition,or the professional quality inspection organization can analyze the performance of the different samples.These methods have a long cycle and high cost because the wear resistance of the blades from different manufacturers must be verificated through practical application So,it is difficult to obtain the optimal blades in the short term.This paper takes the stabilized soil mixer as the research object.And it is found that the wear resistance of different blades through the comparative test method.In this paper,the wear of the mixing blade of the stabilized soil mixer is analyzed.By analyzing the change of the length,width and thickness of the blade before and after use,the wear mechanism of the blades is studied according to the actual situation.Then,the wear resistance test bed was designed for the wear test of the mixing blade,the strength of the main working shaft was calculated,and the working principle and characteristics of the wear resistance test bed were analyzed,and then the reasonable measurement methods and wear methods is determined.The single factor analysis method was used to study the influence of time,load and temperature on the test results.Finally,the mixing blades of different materials were selected and the wear test was carried out.The differences of wear resistance of different blades were compared with the chemical composition of the mixing blades.This paper provides a more direct,accurate and reliable choice of wear resistance of the stability of the soil stirrer mixing blade.It provides a technical method to help the soil mixing equipment manufacturing enterprises to save manufacturing and maintenance costs and improve the stability and the service life of the soil mixing equipment.The results have a certain industrial application value and social benefits.
