Asphalt mixing plant is the key equipment in asphalt pavement construction.Its performance directly affects the quality of asphalt pavement.Mixer is the core component of asphalt mixing plant,its function is to mix a certain proportion of aggregate sand,powder and hot asphalt evenly.The discharge door is installed at the discharge port in the center of the bottom of the mixer shell.The discharge is carried out through the opening and closing of the discharge door.The sealing of the discharge door is through the cooperation between the discharge door liner and the door liner.In engineering,there are often large clearances after assembly,serious wear and tear of lining board,missing of powder,asphalt and fine aggregate in the process of mixing,or fine white material.Those factors not only affect seriously the mixing quality of asphalt mixture,but also cause serious waste of raw materials and environmental impact.In order to improve the discharge precision of the discharge door,the design of the discharge door from the design and principle of the agitator is improved,including adding axial and radial seals,shifting the position of the swing center and the sector center of the rotating shaft,adjusting the lining plate of the door edge and so on.These measures improve the sealing of the discharge door,and reduce the wear between the lining plate.In order to facilitate adjustment in the assembly process,the discharge door is adjusted by means of increasing or decreasing gasket.Welding tooling and machining tooling are designed and manufactured he manufacturing process of discharge door was studied.The parts process,welding process,integral processing process and assembly process are formulated to improve the discharge door processing accuracy.The lining plate is badly worn because the lining plate of the discharge door is involved in the internal stirring of the agitator,the wear life of the discharge door liner is predicted.By analyzing the force,wear type,wear mechanism and morphological characteristics of the lining plate,the chemical composition,material characteristics,metallographic structure and process of the high chromium cast iron used for the lining plate.Finally,the industrial test results show that the development of the mixer discharge door system can improve its sealing performance and reduce the wear of the discharge door liner.The assembled discharge door gap,opening and closing time,flexibility,and discharge situation all meet the design requirements.At the same time,the wear life of the discharge door liner is predicted,which will exceed the 80000 batches of discharge required by the industry standard.
