With the advantages of clean,high efficiency and no pollution,pure electric vehicles can effectively solve the two major problems of the world's energy crisis and environmental pollution,which is the main trend of the development of the automotive industry in the future.However,the performance of the electric vehicle to a certain extent depends on the perfect control strategy.The control strategy of the pure electric vehicle plays a key role in the economic and dynamic performance of the pure electric vehicle.The subject of this research is based on a pure electric vehicle(EV01)developed by a car design company,the development of research for the vehicle control strategy,in order to improve the overall performance of pure electric vehicles.The main contents of this paper are as follows:According to the design goal of the pure electric vehicle,the parameters of the pure electric vehicle powertrain are calculated and matched,and the types and performance parameters of the drive motor and power battery are determined.According to the running status of the vehicle,it is divided into six kinds of driving modes,such as vehicle starting and braking return,and the vehicle control strategy based on driving control strategy is developed.AVL CRUISE software was used to set up the whole vehicle model,and the connection and parameter input of each module,application of MATLAB software to build control strategy model,two joint simulation software,comparing the simulation results show the superiority of the vehicle control strategy.the design of control strategy is suitable for the vehicle.
