| The national twelfth five-year plan indicated that the new energy vehicles will be thefocus trends in this period of time for the automotive industry. The pure electric vehicleswould be the most important part for the development of the new energy automobiles andtransition for the Automotive, the current priority is to promote pure electric vehicles andplug-in hybrid electric vehicle industry. It’s not hard to say that, the pure cars were the toppriority in the next few years.The pure vehicles are powered all from batteries, while the dynamic performance is oneof the measurements of the key indicators of the car, but the power battery development islimited now, includes Cost, Weight, capacity etc., So, reasonable using of energy will be thefocus of the researching for the current pure vehicles. Therefore, there are positive meaningsfor putting forward perfect vehicle control strategy: the exact energy control strategy canimprove the energy efficiency of cars, extending the pure electric vehicle mileage; the exactsecurity control strategy can cut the power output when necessary, increasing safety of thepure cars; it makes the driver in driving process more simple and convenient, and basicallycatch the intent of the driver’s mind and avoid misusing and so on.This paper is relied on a VCU project developed by one Electric Vehicle Company, andone relatively complete control strategy will be proposed in this paper. This thesis mainlyincludes the following sections:1) Modeling the vehicle by using AVL Cruise, physically connecting the variouscomponents of the vehicle, signal connecting and entering the necessary parameters,obtaining a vehicle model without control strategy.2) Proposing a complete control strategy, including the start mode, the normal drivemode, energy management strategy, security control strategy, and other cases control strategy,etc., and all control strategies for analysis.3) Modeling the VCU by using MATLAB/Simulink, and make it possible connectingthe AVL Cruise to comply the control strategy, and then get the exact curves and relatedresults information.4) Contrasting the results of two different model that with the control strategy and without that strategy, reflecting the superiority of that control strategy. |
