At present,because the global non-renewable energy shortage and global attention to the environmental protection,the various countries to automobile emission regulations revision is becoming more and more strict,so countries are special attention on energy efficiency,prompted in automotive engine technology is also in fast development.Ten years the world has made great breakthroughs in diesel engine technology,good economy and power performance of diesel engine,diesel cars in twenty years of ownership will surpass the trend of the gasoline engine.Diesel engine technology is also to the trend of development in the low pollution,low fuel consumption and high power.To improve the performance of diesel engine,the key is to improve the conversion rate that internal energy change into mechanical energy and burning full degree,mechanical energy conversion requires proper injection time and compression ratio,burning full demand better atomization diesel,and improve atomization need higher injection pressure,thus require diesel engine have higher mechanical strength and quality as well as to overcome the many technical problems in the design of the oil,so the improvement of fuel injection system is the key to improve diesel engine performance.In recent ten years,it has appereaed a lot of kinds of technology to increase the injection pressure in the world.Only the high pressure common rail technology is the most direct and easiest to implement,The cooperation of the high precision injectors and the high pressure common rail technology,ensures the accuracy of the injection time,meet the era demand of the diesel engine,and shows many advantages in various aspects.Although to meet the requirements of injection time and injection volume,Another factor affecting injection characteristics is the pressure waves.Because injection time and injection quantity are directly affected by the common rail pressure waves,reducing the common rail pressure fluctuation is the main direction of current world diesel engine technology research.The HYDSIM fluid simulation software is used to establish the mathematical model,take fluid in weichai Bosch common rail diesel engine electronic control fuel injection system as an example,Using the basic principle of fluid mechanics,obtaining the fluid’s equation of motion and continuous,with oil pump,pressure common rail pipe,and the piezoelectric nozzle size parameter mathematical model is established respectively,under the assumption that the other factors influencing the pressure fluctuation on the same conditions,Using the Reynolds turbulence average item to replace the uncertainty factor,the simulation model is determined by the simulation results.The simulation results show that the influence of the common rail size on the dynamic pressure of diesel engine in the process of working,mainly analyzes the common rail pipe size’s influence on the dynamic stress in the working process of the diesel engine,Simulation results analysis the dynamic pressure influence for common rail pipe size in the working process,take four groups of parameters in the simulation experiment,common rail pipe diameter,volume,preset pressure and common rail pipe length,the first group values there are five different parameters,the purpose is to use the simulation results it is concluded that the best common rail pipe size,the second and the third group values to select the best volume of the following two reference volume size,the fourth group is that the simulation data from three groups of numerical value is to make use of the best common rail length to diameter ratio,using the simulation data to calculate the reasonable parameters for the size of the volume,finally it is concluded that the method to control the pressure fluctuations in terms of size and can determine the reasonable size of size range,you can refer to in the design of common rail pipe.
