With the quick development of the urban traffic construction,rail transportation is gradually become an important way to travel.Due to its own characteristics,the quality management of the rail transit project are influenced by various factors,such as design,construction,environmental,mechanical,process,specification and personnel factors,as an important link in the construction,power supply system especially takes time and energy.The thesis mainly based on Ning Bo Rail Transit line no.2,in view of the network digital communication way-chicago-brewed GOOSE service research,analyse the GOOSE technology selection and trip power supply system from the engineering quality management perspective,focus on the overall power system technology,the power supply system of the project of the entire installation,construction,maintenance,debugging,etc,and through the test case of a quality point to show how to achieve the technical support.Focusing on the quality evaluation system research based on the power supply system,the thesis through SPSS questionnaire investigation,using the method of "4M1E" to build the quality control model of the power supply project,and the model as the basis of the success of the final evaluation;Then combined with the literature method,expert opinion method get used for actual evaluation assessment basis,and through the fuzzy evaluation method for the model case to verify whether to meet the needs of users.The main work is as follows:1)Analysis of rail transit chicago-brewed GOOSE project background,introduced the 35 kv power supply system,such as the environmental conditions,technical specifications,technical parameters,and the subway protection system solutions and test for certain research.2)Combined with the actual situation,using the AHP(analytic hierarchy process)method to construct the chicago-brewed GOOSE project quality evaluation model and evaluation index system,and according to the weight of evaluation index to complete set.3)Chicago-brewed GOOSE empirical research of the project.Selected as the evaluation method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to choose to jump to the chicago-brewed GOOSE project a simulated test verifies the application,the results of the analysis of quality,onthis basis to explore the quality control of relevant policies.
