The bridge structure is an important part of the transportation system, whichplays an important role in the economic and social development. Since the reformand opening up, China’s bridge design level and the scale of construction, but thereare also many problems, how to improve the level of management and maintenanceof bridge in our country is one of the key problems. In the bridge construction andoperation process, the structure is under the erosion of substances in theenvironment, the external effect of vehicle load, earthquake and human factors, thedeterioration of material properties and the composition of concrete and reinforcingsteel bars, which causes the structure with same degree of functional damage anddeterioration before reaching the design reference period. If the damage can not getenough care and maintenance, which will cause the reduction of the service life ofbridge, the bridge collapse failure, and adverse social impact.Therefore, this paper takes the main part of the bridge structure, the main beamand pile foundation as the research object, a method based on the fuzzy analytichierarchy process method for evaluation of bridge state is proposed. The specificwork includes:(1) The basic principle of wave equation of longitudinal vibration of pile anddamage detection mechanism are introduced; The calculation process for fuzzyhierarchy analysis was illustrated; Weight calculation based on hierarchy process ispresented and also the fuzzy set theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.(2) In view of the traditional core drilling method, the basic process based onthis method in practical engineering for foundation construction quality evaluationwas illustrated. On this basis, corresponding evaluation index system is establishedthrough analysis of the influence factors of pile construction quality. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, the weights of different indexes are calculated. Throughfuzzy comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive evaluation of pile constructionquality is conducted, engineering example verifies the validity of the method.(3) Based on the analysis of engineering example and combined with thespecial type of pile, the reflectance curve characteristic parameters of the typicaltime domain reflection curves of piles were discussed, such as expanded diameterpile, pile of segregation defects, and so on. Considering the traditional detection andevaluation technology is not comprehensive and the limitation, a comprehensiveevaluation index system of construction quality pile foundation was developed;Based on AHP, the weight of each index value was calculated, the quality of pilefoundation construction technology was assessed based on fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation and analytic hierarchy process. Evaluation of engineering examplesshowed that the proposed method is effective and applicable.
