The vehicle dynamic performance and fuel economy are the most important indicators of a car performance,both of them are contact and restrict each other.How to balance them is a vital question to the enterprise.This paper,which is based on the project of the enterprise,presented many tests of the research vehicle,and established a simulation model by the test data that can be verified.The parameters that can influence the vehicle dynamic performance and fuel economy was analyzed and the oil-saving effect of automatic start/stop system is analyzed individual.(1)In addition,the gear ratios were optimized by the evaluation equation of the vehicle comprehensive performance.(2)The paper analyzed the comprehensive performance indexes,which was using dimensionless method and determining the weight allocated coefficient,to establish an evaluation equation.It was carried out many tests on research vehicle,including vehicle tests,engine bench scale tests and gear box tests.(3)The paper established an AVL-Cruise simulation model,which is based on test data,and verified the simulation results by using test results.It can provide the foundation for optimization.(4)It was carried out the sensitivity analysis on the part of vehicle parameters and analyzed the size of the sensitivity of parameters,including weight,transmission efficiency,final ratio,drag coefficient,windward area,rolling resistance coefficient,tire radius.(5)The paper established the idle start-stop control strategy in MATLAB,in addition,it was analyzed the theory and the effect of oil-saving.(6)The research vehicle gear ratio were optimized by the combination of ISIGHT and AVL-Cruise.
