With the widespread application of idle start-stop system,more and more drivers feel the energy saving brought by it,but also put forward the shortcomings of unreasonable start and stop control,frequent start and stop fuel consumption increase and so on.Among them,most drivers will choose to manually turn off the idle start-stop function,which makes the idle start-stop system useless.In order to improve the driver's experience of the idle start-stop system and further optimize the reliability,compatibility and fuel saving ability of the existing idle start-stop system,the following aspects are studied in this essay:(1)This essay analyzes the working principle of the main unit module of the existing automobile idle start-stop system,and discusses the matters that need to be paid attention in the selection and design of each unit.By investigation and analysis,according to the driver's feedback on the idle start-stop system,the design deficiencies are summarized.It conducts theoretical and experimental analysis on the influence degree of main units such as battery,starter,engine and electronic load that drivers are concerned about,so as to eliminate the influence of idle start-stop system on the whole vehicle.(2)Based on the analysis of the control strategy of the traditional automobile idle start-stop system,the relationship between the start and stop time and engine start fuel consumption is obtained,and an optimization scheme is put forward to intelligently transform the control strategy.The real-time monitoring of traffic congestion is conducted by GPS positioning,and the intelligent judgment of whether to enter the start-stop mode is made.The optimal scheme for the start-stop ECU DC/DC converter is defined by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three transformation schemes.(3)Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing DC/DC converter,the GPS DC/DC converter is designed,and the detailed hardware and software design process are given.Through heat dissipation design,electromagnetic compatibility design and optimization of antenna transmission characteristics,their compatibility can be improved;Ressa CS+ software is used to realize the design of the logic judgment of the control in the start-stop mode,which improves the reliability of the ECU design of the start-stop system.(4)The single experiment of GPS DC/DC converter was carried out,and the results of the conversion efficiency,heat dissipation effect,EMC radiation emission and GPS positioning function were analyzed and summarized.Furthermore,the idle start-stop system of a certain brand of automobile was modified,and the fuel consumption of "with or without start-stop function" and "before or after optimization of start-stop system" under urban working conditions was compared and analyzed,and the results of the intelligent transformation of the start-stop system control strategy were verified.Finally,through the experimental test,it is found that the optimized idle start-stop system has a good effect on the improvement of the slow driving condition,and the effective start and stop judgement can be conducted according to the road congestion.Furthermore,it improves the effect of energy saving and emission reduction,which can provide certain theoretical and engineering application guidance for the new technology of automobile energy saving and emission reduction.
