As the world's fuel vehicle continued growing,the environment pollution and energy shortage has become increasingly serious.The development of new energy vehicles in the world has become more and more attention.Pure electric vehicle has the advantages of simple structure,no pollution,high energy efficiency and low noise,and it has become an important development direction of new energy vehicles.In this text aiming at a test vehicle,to study and to determine the pure electric vehicle control system of the overall composition,the realization way and the use of technology,and completed the design and development of the electric control system of the core components of the vehicle controller.Firstly,the text described the development background,the domestic and foreign present situation and the key technology of the pure electric vehicle.And the overall composition of the control system is also determined.The power source and the driving motor of the lithium battery He Yongci synchronous motor as the pure electric vehicle are selected.Then according to the hierarchical control structure of the control system,the vehicle control strategy is formulated,which includes the control of drive,regenerative braking control,energy management,safety management and so on.Vehicle Control Unit(VCU)is the core of the pure electric vehicle control system.Therefore,it is very important to develop a reasonable and reliable vehicle controller for the control system of pure electric vehicle.In this paper,the design of the system is divided into the interface layer and the upper management.The software is designed.The system is divided into the interface layer and the upper management.The software is designed to improve the real-time performance of the system.The software system is designed.The software is divided into the interface layer and the top management.Finally,using the dSPACE platform and the development method of the modern control system,the hardware in the loop simulation experiment is carried out on the design of the whole vehicle controller.The experimental results are very good.The feasibility and real-time verification of the vehicle driving control strategy and the hardware and software design of the vehicle controller are accomplished.
