In recent years,Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)because of its simple structure,low price and simple control,the advantages of its application is becoming wider and wider,but the reluctance of SRM operating principle makes it vibration and noise compared to other motors is particularly serious,The main reason is because of its radial electromagnetic force acting on the stator teeth caused by the motor vibration and thus generate electromagnetic noise.In this paper,electromagnetic,mechanical and acoustic field three dimensional finite element model coupled to SRM analyzed.Research the electromagnetic characteristics of motor,the stator natural frequency and modal vibration mode and the electromagnetic force determined stator coupling vibration response promoter.Using the boundary element method for acoustic model to predict the noise of SRM.First,in order to study the SRM in vibration and noise problems in the practical work,using the finite element analysis method to calculate the air gap magnetic flux density and radial electromagnetic force,and the harmonic analysis,calculate the electromagnetic force of each harmonic amplitude and frequency.Secondly,analyses the inherent mode of SRM,The main consideration of the stator core,the winding,the whole simplified model of the motor(the stator windings,cover,chassis),motor machine base is fixed and so the influence of intrinsic mode of the motor,get each mode of the motor,and a comparative analysis of their modal values.Thirdly,Based on the modal superposition method for the analysis of the electromagnetic coupling is loaded into the motor stator tooth surfaces,calculating electromagnetic vibration response of the motor,and to study its vibration characteristics analysis.Based on the finite element model of SRM vibration,the boundary element model and boundary conditions with the aid of LMS.Virtual Lab acoustic analysis of software modules,the noise of electromagnetic vibration analysis of SRM as boundary conditions,using the acoustic boundary element method to calculate the motor noise sound pressure level and sound pressure level clouds.Finally,in the previous chapters,the theoretical analysis of the vibration response and noise of the motor is based on the theory,the optimum design of the air gap,the pole arc and the structure of the motor is optimized.
