Switch reluctance machine is a new speed machine with the rapid development of power electronics and microelectronics emerged,Because its structure is simple,cheap,robust,high torque density and many other advantages,its application more widely.However,the SR machine’s unique high noise problem has covered its excellent performance characteristics,Even hindered the application of SR machine in some fields,and it brought a negative impact.Therefore,it has become an urgent task to study and restrain the vibration noise.In order to study and restrain the vibration and noise of the SR machine,the stator winding of SR machine is used to reduce the vibration and noise by using sinusoidal unipolar current excitation,In this paper.Sinusoidal unipolar current is a sinusoidal current with DC bias.In order to observe the effect of vibration and noise reduction in this mode,the SR machine with sinusoidal bipolar current excitation is compared and analyzed.Firstly,this paper introduces the principle of SR machine in the sinusoidal unipolar current excitation,SR machine drive system using vector control,sinusoidal unipolar excitation current using the maximum torque current ratio control technology to achieve.Secondly,the establishment of SR machine circuit model and structural model,in order to better research and analyze the SR machine.The electromagnetic characteristics of SR machine with two sinusoidal current excited by unipolar and bipolar are compared and analyzed.Then the finite element method is used to analyze the electromagnetic field of the SR machine,and the air gap flux density and radial electromagnetic force of the SR machine are calculated and compared.Finally,the three-dimensional geometric model of the SR machine is established,and the modal analysis of the stator core and the whole machine is made by using the finite element method,and the natural frequency is obtained.Harmonic vibration response is soluted by using modal superposition method,based on the modal analysis,the radial electromagnetic force is coupled to the stator tooth surface,and the comparative analysis of the vibration response of the SR machine under two kinds of sinusoidal current excitation is calculated and compared.The sound field calculation model of SR machine is established,and the vibration harmonic response of the SR machine is loaded into the sound field as its boundary condition.The noise distribution and sound pressure level of SR machine are analyzed by using the boundary element method.
