Optical imaging products was widely used in military and social fields.As the result,it put forward higher requirements on the image stabilization technology.Image stabilization system is in the development of miniaturization,lightweight and intelligent.Non-resonant piezoelectric linear actuator has the characteristics of high precision,fast response and high thrust weight ratio,has been widely used in precision instruments,aerospace,medical and other fields.The piezoelectric linear actuator for optical image stabilization servo drive system can significantly improve the stabilization and accuracy of the system response speed,anti-overload capacity and improve the system.Based on the piezoelectric stack as the actuating element,a two-way large stroke piezoelectric linear actuator is designed by triangular displacement amplification principle.Also a two-DOF platform of driving the optical element is designed by composing two piezoelectric actuators.The main research work is as follows:The output characteristics of the piezoelectric stack used in the research are tested in experimental research;Use the positive piezoelectric effect calibrate the relationship between the pre-tightening force and the voltage.Introduce two displacement amplification mechanism based on triangle amplification principle: the stretching amplification mechanism and the shrinkage amplification mechanism.The voltage on the piezoelectric stack increase and the stack elongate,the stretching amplification mechanism has stretching deformation displacement and the shrinkage amplification mechanism had contraction deformation displacement,the displacement of two mechanism are opposite.The two-way large trip piezoelectric linear actuator is designed,the actuator consists a stretching amplification mechanism and a shrinkage amplification mechanism.The one side of the stretching amplification mechanism is fixed and the one side of the shrinkage amplification mechanism is free.A two-dimensional piezoelectric platform is designed to verify the actuator performance.The experimental results show that the when put the 120 V sinusoidal,the linear piezoelectric actuator stroke is 67 μm and the amplification effect is very good.It can be actuated in two way under the low voltage and low frequency,and the output displacement with the change of voltage increases linearly.The integrated two-DOF image stabilization mechanism is designed on the basis of the original piezoelectric platform,the motion guiding mechanism is added to optimize the structure dimensions and rearrange the position of the piezoelectric actuator.The prototype is processed and tested.The experimental results show that the increase of high rigidity motion guiding mechanism has some restrictive effect on the output displacement of the piezoelectric device size,but does not affect the dynamic characteristics,it also solves the two direction of the actuator displacement coupling phenomenon,the design scheme is feasible and effective.
