As the key technology of MEA/AEA(More Electric Aircraft/All Electric Aircraft),an aerial starter/generator system combine the independent generator with starter.It decreases the volume and weight of on-board equipment and increases the reliability of aircraft electrical power system.Considering the harsh environment of on-board equipment,SR S/G attracts aviation field's attention due to its outstanding reliability and fault-tolerance performance.However,with influence of terrible condition,SR S/G is still facing severe faults like winding insulation aging and failure of power devices.The faults will weaken the system's capability and even destroy the system.Based on the above considerations,a research on fault diagnosis of SR S/G is carried out with the further enhancement of SR S/G's reliability as a goal.This dissertation takes a 12/8 dual-channel SR S/G as the study object and focuses on power converter faults and inter-turn winding short-circuit fault.The research status of fault diagnosis on SRD(Switched Reluctance Drive)is introduced at first.After that,this paper gives the analysis of SR S/G's principles and summarizes SR S/G's features.In the aspects of power converter faults' influence on winding current and bus current,qualitative analysis on the faults is given.The definition of bus current's reference value is proposed and selected as characteristic value of fault diagnosis.A simulation platform of SR S/G is constructed in Simplorer,and the simulation analysis of power converter faults is made via this platform subsequently.As a result of analysis,a fault diagnosis scheme based on bus current's reference value is given.Considering the change of bus current sensors' implant position,the fault diagnosis scheme is improved via moving average method.The simulation platform is modified based on bus current sensors' actual position,and simulation result verifies the method's validity.After finishing the construction of SR S/G experimental platform,an experimental research on normal and fault status is carried out,and the data acquired via experiment proves the improved scheme's feasibility.Finally,a simulation research on SR S/G inter-turn winding short-circuit fault is conducted,and the coefficient ? which could embody winding's ability of generation is selected as characteristic value.Simulation results achieved via changing number of turns with short-circuit fault verify the characteristic value's rationality.
