With the progress of the new generation of aircraft development progress,high-quality,high efficiency,high flexibility into the body parts of the assembly of the same demand,the traditional assembly model can not achieve its assembly needs.In this paper,based on the task of fuselage assembly in a certain type of aircraft,the structural characteristics of the fuselage products are analyzed,and the position of intersecting hole of the process of skeleton parts is taken as the object of study.Based on the modular design idea and the system function and technical specification,Tooling system,to achieve the intersection of the skeleton of the fuselage of the location of the flexible,for the realization of the fuselage components to lay the foundation for automated assembly.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the structural features,technical parameters and functional indexes of the fuselage components in aircraft,the paper analyzes the demand for tooling,and proposes four different flexible tooling programs.The comparison and comparison of the schemes are carried out by theoretical analysis and experiment.Is preferred.(2)According to the specific technical indexes,the modular design idea is adopted to carry out the detailed structural design of the flexible tooling parts,and the key parts are checked for the strength and rigidity by the finite element simulation.(3)The overall planning of the flexible tooling control system is designed,the system hardware configuration is designed,the control flow of the system is determined,the control technology scheme of the single axis and multi-axis is established,and the key technology of the multi-channel is studied.(4)The flexible tooling test platform was built,the hardware debugging,parameter configuration and program design were completed.The motion control of each servo axis was realized.The servo system control scheme was verified.The model of positioning error of the test platform was established.Instrument calibration tooling mobile unit,positioning accuracy of 0.05 mm.
