Efficient performance of asynchronous motor makes it widely used in the speed regulating field.Parameter identification technology with speed sensorless can ensure the stability and accuracy of the speed regulation system and save the operation cost.Introducing model design theory to motor control can improve development efficiency of the system,which could implement real-time motor monitoring and algorithm test with the graphical model and friendly interface.First of all,this paper introduces the mathematical model of asynchronous motor and principle of space vector control.Then,motor control system with speed sensorless is studied and model reference adaptive system parameter identification model is built.On the basis of the traditional voltage and current model for rotor flux linkage on speed estimation,stator resistance identification is added into model to realize double parameter identification in which reference and adjustable model is interchangeable for accurate performance.Meanwhile,in view of the influence of integral initial value,DC bias and phase deviation in traditional voltage model integration element or vicarious first-order filter,voltage model is improved to compensate its inherent defects.In addition,combined with artificial neural network algorithm,the MRAS adjustable model is substitute by linear neuron structure with adaptive law introduced into online learning algorithm.The rotor time constant neural network adaptive mechanism is put forward to improve its control precision.Finally,this paper uses software to make simulation research for motor control system,of which the simulation verifies its feasibility.Based on theoretical analysis,traditional pure continuous system simulation is improved to discretized algorithm model supported for DSP controller on simulink in the accordance with model design method.The motor is replaced by refined different control modules as virtual control object.Then the hardware-in-the-loop simulation model is built with external interfaces match as well as register address and mapping relations configuration.By means of extending real-time workspace,automatic real-time hardware code downloading could be realized from the simulink model into controller.At the same time,with data interacting between PC and controller,motor monitoring interface is designed by GUI environment,which can observe motor state and parameter waveform and transfer control instruction online.From the above,the real-time motor software and hardware platform has been established.Finally,this paper conducts experimental debugging for the control platform on the basis of the hardware circuit design.Through experimental analysis,this platform can set model founding,code automatically generating,online observation and real-time control at an organic whole,showing higher development efficiency and feasibility.
