| The waste rubber powder modified asphalt has been recognized by domestic counterparts for its good pavement performance.Application of rubber modified asphalt in road engineering can not only improve pavement performance of asphalt pavement,the waste tire treasure,alleviate the pressure of lack of resources and environment,the sustainable development of road engineering in China will play a positive role.The application of rubber asphalt in municipal road can not only significantly improve the performance of asphalt mixture,but also reduce the noise of pavement by using the high elasticity of rubber asphalt mixture.Through the analysis of the research results at home and abroad,as a typical viscoelastic material,the rheological properties of asphalt are closely related to the road performance.There are obvious differences in physical and chemical properties between asphalt and asphalt.However,at present,there is no comprehensive study on the characteristics of high and low temperature rheological properties of asphalt and asphalt.To evaluate the evaluation index of technical properties of rubber asphalt multi use ordinary asphalt,but the rubber asphalt is a kind of composite material particles,ductility,penetration and solubility index is applied to this kind of material is debatable;based on the climate characteristics of Changchun city or grade and standard of asphalt pavement performance of rubber has not been fully studied.And,because the molecules between powder particles and asphalt amount is huge,the blend is not easy to form a stable,in use process prone to segregation,will lead to the pavement performance of asphalt mixture is not expected to reach the road.Moreover,the construction characteristics of rubber asphalt are greatly affected by temperature.Compared with the traditional asphalt mixture,asphalt rubber is more difficult to be compacted.These problems hinder the application of rubber modified asphalt in Changchun municipal road.Aiming at the above problems,the Changchun Wanbao Street rubber asphalt test section project,develop research and application of rubber asphalt in municipal road in cold area.Through the cold area of rubber modified asphalt based on the performance index of rubber asphalt performance evaluation method research,the construction performance of rubber asphalt and rubber asphalt mixture construction process control method research,through research,put forward suitable for evaluation of rubber modified asphalt and asphalt mixture pavement evaluation and control standard the performance of the proposed Mixture Compaction monitoring method,the establishment of technical requirements and design criteria in municipal road rubber asphalt and its mixture,the Mixture Compaction monitoring method to provide the basis for the application of rubber asphalt in Changchun municipal roads,the application of rubber asphalt in road engineering has important significance. |
