| Reactive power balance is an important factor affecting the voltage quality of the grid.In the actual power system,it is often necessary to configure some reactors to maintain the balance of reactive power at all times.Substation high-voltage reactor is often affected by the natural environment,human factors and operating conditions,equipment defects,aging and other factors of failure,resulting in power failure or power supply voltage quality,to the people’s lives,industrial enterprises and countries caused a huge Of economic losses.It is important to discover the hidden dangers and defects of the reactor in time.With the development of electrical information technology and advanced movement model,the rapid progress of control algorithm,automatic control system,robot technology development more and more practical significance.State Grid Corporation of Power Grid Intelligent Planning in 2016-2020 to fully realize the inspection automation,visual monitoring system.Domestic inspection for high-voltage reactor technology at this stage mainly rely on manual manual measurement records.Based on the domestic electric power enterprises’ demand for high-voltage reactor automatic inspection device,a high-voltage reactor automatic inspection device can be designed to carry out inspection work under the conditions of normal operation of the reactor,to avoid artificial monotone,repeated manual labor,Improve the efficiency and quality of inspection operations.In this paper,based on three-dimensional mapping software Solid Works designed a mechanical structure model,the use of 3D printing technology to build the system mechanical structure.Design based on ARM7 architecture microprocessor control system program,production control system and signal detection board hardware circuit.In the laboratory environment for the entire system of hardware and software combined debugging.The experimental results show that the system can run normally in the reactor,and detect the physical and humidity of the internal environment,such as the temperature and humidity,the photo sensitivity and the color,and send the test result and the real-time uploading of the video images in the internal space to the host computer.The device can be used for substation reactors daily inspection operations. |
