With the development of the living standard of the people and industry, electrical equipment increased substantially, residential electricity demand and industrial electricity demand rapid rise. Residential electricity demand increases rapidly, the number of electric energy meter are also increasing rapidly; a table policy requires power supply departments directly to the residents of electric energy meter measurement. For the New District, the data communication problem in the area of construction at the beginning of taking into account the meter, power supply company can table of user electric energy meter and charge more convenient. But at the same time, a number of early residential and rural residential energy meter does not have the data communication function between the meter and the power company also did not set aside the necessary communication channels. The electric energy meter has been mostly in the process of urban and rural power grids in exchange for electronic type electric energy meter, with pulse output interface, a few with RS-485serial interface. For these electric energy meter, early use of artificial meter reading way, but increased the manpower cost, is not conducive to the application of modern power supply service mode. The use of certain equipment to make the meter reading system automatically formed, reading on it, has become an important aspect of technical transformation of the power company customer service department.Aiming at the existing problems of remote centralized meter reading system, this paper designed a new type of intelligent electricity meter reading system based on low power, open band wireless communication is the main characteristic. This article from the main structure of the system, each part of the hardware and software implementation are demonstrated. This system has the advantages of low cost, significantly reduced the amount of wiring project, highlight the advantages of convenient maintenance, has the value of popularization and application prospect of certain.Intelligent power wireless centralized meter reading system is mainly composed of all the residents within the district is located in the wireless data acquisition three portion of the terminal, wireless data concentrator, the customer service center management system structure. Meter reading in the meter reading personnel, the use of wireless transmission network by the customer center management system (GPRS network) sends a command to the concentrator, the concentrator based on meter reading command copy of electric energy data, analysis and processing of the backstage management personnel information according to the meter reading data acquisition center management system.This system chooses the2.4G low power wireless communication mode to realize the communication between the concentrator and the acquisition terminal, and between the concentrator and the station by GPRS channel implementation. The main function of the system is the electric energy data automatic collection of user electric energy meter, real-time monitoring of the electric energy meter using condition, for electric energy meter failure automatic diagnosis and the diagnosis result to notify an administrator.The characteristics of the system:(1) The realization of long distance data transmission:do not need manual meter reading in the power supply company, client can make the reading operation, or system of automatic meter reading according to certain rules, a large number of field personnel for meter reading of human saving. (2) Characteristics of the whole system with low power consumption.(3) High data transmission reliability.In this paper, the design of the wireless intelligent meter system, the application of micro power radio frequency communication technology and mobile network GPRS technology make perfect combination, data security, good real-time performance, easy installation and maintenance, lower operating costs, achieve win-win results using the users and operators, has a good development value and market application prospect.This system mainly has the following innovations:(1) On the micro power wireless communication chip market popular were receiving signal amplification and optimization of output power amplification optimization, improving the receiving sensitivity and transmission power, increases the communication distance, reduced the relay routing layer, to improve the communication reliability.(2) Electric pulse energy meter input hardware filter circuit is redesigned, with strong pulse damage to prevent foreign acquisition terminal circuit, a dual role and has the strong capability of restraining electromagnetic interference, to improve electric energy pulse measurement accuracy has obvious effect.(3) Proposed acquisition timing sliding terminal software design of the pulse decision method and pulse electric energy meter input hardware filter circuit, can do electric energy pulse acquisition ideal state without error.Requirements of electric energy meter reading to households for overall development of society, automatic recording system to the advanced information technology, electronic technology, communication technology into business charge management of power supply enterprise, improve the power supply enterprise management level, increase business charge dynamics, is the embodiment of modern energy management system. In the promotion of the development of information technology, electric intelligent management has become an inevitable trend. This system is to adapt to this trend and the development of the design, to solve the problem of intelligent electric system has a very positive meaning.
