In themodern measurement and test, wireless measuring and testing occupies the extremely important position,and the voltage is one of the basic parameters, in many areas, there is an increasingly high demand onthe measurement accuracy of voltage. In recent years, with the number of domestic high frequencyvoltmeter is bigger and bigger, the technical indicators is higher and higher, the high frequency voltmeterverification task is heavier and heavier, requirements are also getting higher and higher, the voltagestandard is also put forward higher requirements. With the development of computer control technology,automatic test and calibration has become an inevitable trend, thus establishing a wide frequency range,high accuracy, simple structure voltage standard in order to achieve the automatic verification ofdifferent types of voltage measurement instruments is necessary.Voltage standard of verification on the high frequency voltmeter mainly include active voltagestandard and standard voltmeter. Since active voltage standard has a small accuracy loss in verification,it has been widely used in verification of voltage parameters. The current active voltage standard has theneed for additional signal generator to verify high frequency voltmeter, so the system structure iscomplex and the price is expensive, part of components easily damaged.The paper presented and designed an active voltage standard device with an internal source in itwhich has a wide frequency range, high accuracy, simple structure, cheap price, automatic verificationfunction to replace the existing voltage standard.High frequency voltage standard device is composed by microcontroller as the core of the controlcircuit and PC, the two parts are connected by Ethernet. Wherein the control circuit comprises amicrocontroller and its peripheral circuit, AC signal generating module, high accuracy sampling module,switching module, power converter and a stable and adjustable DC voltage output module, used forrealizing the verification process control and test data acquisition; PC as the man-machine interface, usedto achieve verification mode selecting, voltmeter information management, query and calling, dataprocessing, storing, automatic generation of report and certificate, printing output.Through laboratory test and uncertainty analysis, high frequency voltage standard system can fulfillthe functional requirements and achieve the high frequency voltmeter automatic verification. |
