Swing arm type sanitation car is a car,the cases of separate garbage collection and transport vehicles,the working process by the hydraulic pressure drive,through the directional valve to change the hydraulic oil flow,to control the swing arm oil cylinder stretched out and retract,in turn,control the two swing arm back and forth,realize sanitation garbage container loading and unloading.The design of the hydraulic system in the design of the swing arm is the key point of the design of the whole sanitation vehicle.The design rationality of the hydraulic system determines the performance of the sanitation vehicle.The traditional development process of hydraulic system is:hydraulic system design,mule car trial and performance testing,performance deviation correction,and the third stage cycle until the design goal is achieved.The development cycle is long,and the various hydraulic simulation software developed to shorten the design cycle comes into being.The AMESim software powerful can very good simulation of hydraulic system,at the beginning of the design to solve the problems existing in the system,so as to effectively shorten the development cycle,reduce development costs,reduce because of the design is not reasonable and the probability of failure,accident,improve the system reliability.The main design parameters of hydraulic system are determined by load analysis.In the AMESim software platform,the hydraulic system model of the swing arm is built and analyzed.Batch processing function of the software is used to determine the balance valve parameters of damping orifice diameter,explore the optimization module of software using genetic algorithm is used to determine the spring stiffness and control mouth best fit parameters of piston diameter and to solve the problem appeared in the operation of the system pressure fluctuations,enhances the stability of swing arm type sanitation vehicle hydraulic system as a whole.At last,the hydraulic system of the design is verified,and the hydraulic system is used for actual production.
