Based on the previous research results,namely,the flexure optimization of the parabolic trough concentrator,a new method of facial optimization of concentrator,namely,flexure optimization of concentrator with end constraint and concentrated force loading is proposed,which is referred to as new flexure optimization.The theoretical model of the concentrator with the new flexural optimization,the actual hot bending manufacturing method and the mirror surface quality are systematically studied.Finally the concentrating performance of the actual hot bending forming concentrator is analyzed.The main research contents,methods and conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)Firstly,the method,theory and previous research results of the convergence of the concentrator are introduced.On the basis of this,a new method of optimizing the concentrator is proposed,The convergence of flexure optimization of concentrator with end constraint and concentrated force loading.Considering the change of the underlying type under the coupling force field and the viscoelastic properties in the hot bending process,the dynamic description model of the shape in the actual hot bending process is established,and the shape optimization model is given.(2)For the precise control of the shape during the non-contact flexure mirror-making,based on the dynamic description equation of the shape,the change of the velocity is studied,and then the thermal inertia deformation and the amount of springback are analyzed.The reasonable bending angle is obtained and the experimental verification is carried out.Through the analysis of the final shape of the final bending of the concentrator,using this hot-bending control method,the shape error can be basically controlled within 1mm,only arch height of 1.7%.(3)The influence of the non-contact flexure mirror-making technique on the surface roughness of the glass and the influence of surface roughness on specular reflectance are studied.The distribution of surface roughness Ra is obtained by the actual measurement and statistical analysis of the change of the surface roughness before and after the bending of the glass,and the specular reflectance of the new flexure concentrator is obtained.The result shows that 96%of the energy in the solar radiation reaching the new concentrator can form specular reflection.(4)The three-dimensional model of tne new concentrator is established and introduced into TracePro optical software.The simulation method is used to analyze the concentrating characteristics.At the same time,the experimental platform of laser light detection system and outdoor sunlight system are built,and the experimental results are compared with the simulation results.
