| The need to develop an alternative energy policy is because people recognize that fossil fuels are not endless and have a very serious environmental hazard.Therefore,in the past few decades,the scientific community has been working on systems that can use and convert renewable energy,especially solar radiation.Today,compared to power plants that are powered by solar collectors,the non-energy storage photovoltaic power station has the advantage of high stability,and has the advantages of low energy storage cost and long service life compared with the energy storage photovoltaic power station.Since the surface energy density distribution of the absorber is affected by many factors,and the distribution of the energy density will affect the stability and efficiency of the system,the uneven distribution of the energy density will cause a uneven tem-perature distribution on the surface of the absorber,resulting in thermal stress.When the thermal stress exceeds the bearing capacity of the collector material,it will lead to very serious production accidents such as tube wall rupture.Therefore,the study of energy flow density distribution is not only a study to improve power generation effi-ciency,but also a study on system safety.In practical applications,there are many op-tical errors in the parabolic trough concentrators(PTC),such as mirror slop errors,in-stallation errors and tracking errors.Image detection is a no contact technique that has a potential to diagnose the optical errors at large plants in use.In this study,a CCD(Charge Coupled Device)camera was used to directly take the pictures of the absorber,and the images of the flux peaks were successful obtained.The CCD image showed two bright peaks on the outer wall of the tubular absorber.By comparing the CCD image with the simulation results,the concave deformation of the parabolic mirror was diagnosed,and the slope error of the parabolic mirror was figured out.The images also revealed that sun tracking errors can cause a synchronous shift in the flux.The flux image method does not influence the normal operation of PTC and is an on-line method.which facilitates the field application.The work of this paper is to add the mirror deformation error on the Monte C arlo model including the shape of the sun.further refine the theoretical model of the PTC system.and combine the exper-imental results to analyze and diagnose the surface energy density distribution of the heating collector.and provide theoretical support for the efficiency improvement and system diagnosis of the concentrating solar power station. |
