The linear vibratory feeding device which is an important part of the automated production line is widely used in the automatic feeding system.However,there are still some problems in the existing linear vibratory feeding device,such as vibration in vertical direction and uneven feeding speed.Focusing on these issues,a vibratory feeding device based on linear servo motor is designed in this paper.Its working process is as follows.The reciprocating motion of the trough is driven by the linear motor.The acceleration of the reciprocating motion is small,and the deceleration is great.The part will move forward because of inertia.Compared with the traditional vibratory feeding device,it has no vibration in the vertical direction.The feeding speed is uniform.In this paper,an experimental system is designed for the vibratory feeding device based on linear servo motor,and the experimental study is carried out.The main contents of this research include the following aspects:1.The mechanical structure of the vibratory feeding device based on linear servo motor is designed.The control system of the vibratory feeding device based on linear servo motor is designed by using motion controlling board.The automatic feeding device and the visual velocity measuring device in the experimental system are designed.2.The models of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor and servo driver are built and simulated in MATLAB/Simulink.The influence on the precision of the servo driver system is analyzed.The closed-loop control parameters of the servo driver are adjusted by reference to the simulation results.3.The Stribeck friction model is established,and the parameter estimation of the friction model is carried out by experiment.The kinematic simulation model of the part is established in Simulink,and the transmission speed of the part is simulated.4.The experimental device for automatic feeding and automatic speed measurement is designed in this paper.The control system of automatic feeding device and the speed measuring system are completed.5.The experimental system is debugged.The influence of different velocity curves and different parameters on the transmission speed of the part is analyzed by experiment.The uniformity of the linear vibratory feeding device is verified.Through the above work,the kinematic model of the part in the vibratory feeding device based on the linear servo motor is established.The correctness of the model is verified through experiments.The commissioning of the vibratory feeding device based on the linear servo motor achieves the expected effect.
