The vibration exists in the human life and the industry and agriculture production and many other aspects, uses the vibration to be possible effectively to improve the craft quality, to enhance production efficiency, bring the greatest benefit in some field for the human. The vibratory compacting is one kind of very important vibration application, can enhance the material's intensity, reduce the plastic deformation, increase the stability greatly, widely applies in spreads paving, rolls a road, farming and so on, has the extremely high social efficiency and the economic efficiency.A great number of vibratory system belongs to the nonlinear vibration system. This article took academician Wen Bangchun's nonlinear vibration theory as the foundation, applied nonlinear domain research results, analyzed the dry friction, hysteresis, the plasticity deformation three nonlinear characteristic, established the nonlinear vibration equation of vibratory compaction forming machine and vibration road roller, confirmed the model's' accuracy through the value simulation and the experiment, analyzed nonlinear vibration characteristic and the corrective method, provided the theory basis for the actual project application. This article mainly done the following several aspect works:(1) Analyzed the soil's type and its nature, discussed the vibration compaction theory, established the linear vibration model and the equation of vibratory compaction forming machine;(2) Introduced the friction concept, the classification and the influencing factor, analyzed vibration anti-friction mechanism through three kind of situations, deduced the solution method of dry friction, established the model and the equation of nonlinear system with the dry friction, contrasted the simulation results of nonlinear vibration system under different vibration anti-friction coefficients and different frequencies, qualitative analyzed the influence of dry friction and the method how to reduced the friction;(3) Introduced several kind of classics hysteresis model, and its evolution solution, got a hysteresis strength model of three sections of curves simplified from the actual hysteresis force curve and the piecewise curve model, established the nonlinear vibration equation with hysteresis force, determined the vibration parameters and carried on the value simulation, analyzed the characteristic of hysteresis force and its influence, and confirmed the accuracy of hysteresis model;(4) Established the nonlinear vibratory model with soil's plasticity deformation according to the YZC1 vibratory roller, determined the system parameters and carryed on the value simulation under different frequencies, contrasted with vibratory roller's experiment datum, analyzed the response characteristic of nonlinear vibration system, and confirmed the usability of this system model.
