Integrated avionics system test environment incentive system(hereinafter referred to as test environment incentive system)is designed to support for the construction of avionic system ground test,auxiliary validating avionics system configuration,and the design of avionics system technical scheme and perfect provide important reference test,support aircraft pilots operating procedures of simulation,system design and validation of the data flow,comprehensive display control key technologies of design and validation and flight management system is a typical state of design and verification,and the central maintenance system design and verification work.Giving consideration to volunteers'avionics system function and performance verification of airborne equipment support avionics system and flight control system,environment control system,mechanical and electrical integrated management system of crosslinking test.Through verification problems found during the testing process,improve the function of the avionics system and technical performance requirements.Eventually be able to give the avionics system test conclusion.Test environment incentive system is the key component of integrated avionics laboratory integrated test environment,to provide integrated avionics system in laboratory work,aircraft flight data and certain conditions trigger the incentive function of the equipment.In this paper,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the system function demand,describes an applicable to the aircraft avionics system,fully functional test environment incentive system design and implementation process.According to system function demand analysis,to determine the design of the system architecture,the idea of modular design,the experimental excitation system three major functional modules,namely flying environment simulation module,the core algorithm module and network module in real time.Each function module and subdivided into several sub modules according to the specific function,and finally by the object-oriented design method to achieve the function of each module.The aircraft in flight environment simulation module,the simulation of the whole flight process,real-time flight motivation relevant data,ensure the correctness of the system operation process,orderliness and real-time performance.In core excitation algorithm module,design a variety of avionics incentive strategy,this paper mainly to complete the hand/automatic tuning of the incentive function,near the alarm incentive function and airborne collision avoidance motivation function as an example,introduces in detail the three complex avionics functions of incentive strategy,design the corresponding incentive algorithm,completed the lab function verification of airborne equipment.In real-time network module,the design of the incentive system communication network configuration,and global variables,complete the data transmission function of the whole system.Because the system uses a modular design principle,makes the system has good scalability.Upon the completion of test environment excitation system effectively support the avionics system in different stages of the test.Test successfully completed,also fully verified experiment environment incentive system runs stably,friendly operation interface and fully functional.Through the full use of the system prove the validity of the test environment incentive system and compliance have reached the design requirements.
