Implementing necessary simulation verification on the avionics system is an important part of the avionics system design and development stage,which can shorten the development cycle of the avionics system to a certain extent and reduce the risks and costs in the development process.As a key technology in the avionics system simulation verification process,avionics excitation technology can provide excitation signals for the simulation system.At present,the avionics exciter based on Windows system has imperfections in the real-time performance of the output signal.Therefore,it is necessary to develop the avionics exciter based on the real-time operating system,and provide real-time guarantee for the avionics simulation system.A set of avionics exciter based on VxWorks operating system,which can provide avionics excitation signals with high real-time indicators for avionics simulation systems,is designed in this paper.Firstly,the functional demand analysis of the avionics exciter is carried out,the principle and goal of the avionics exciter design are proposed,the overall structure of the avionics exciter is designed,the system hierarchical model is built,and the data type and transceiver mode of the excitation signal are constructed.Secondly,the VxWorks system platform is built.On this basis of this platform,the functional modules of the avionics exciter,including the excitation data acquisition module,the data conversion module,the excitation control module and the bus monitoring module,are designed in detail.Finally,the avionics exciter is used to test conformity and real-time performance of the excitation signal,further improving that the real-time performance of the output signals of the avionics exciter based on VxWorks operating system can be guaranteed.The test results show that the output excitation signal of the avionics exciter based on VxWorks can satisfy the requirement of data conformity,and the real-time performance of the output excitation signal is obviously improved compared with that of the avionics exciter developed in Windows system.The real-time performance of the output excitation signal is more accurate,and can meet the high real-time demand of the avionics simulation system for the excitation signals,thus guaranteeing the simulation verification of avionics system.
