Line loss is an important indicator of power network planning,management level and economic operation.At the present stage,distribution transformer is the basic unit to calculate line loss in low-voltage distribution network.The assumption of theoretical line loss calculation in low voltage distribution transformer is not practical,and the calculation precision is low.In addition,the "rigid uniformity" criterion used to distinguish between reasonable and unreasonable line loss cannot fully consider the difference of line loss level in different regions.In order to describe the line loss level more exactly,the data mining method is used to process data from electric power information collection system and then the line loss prediction model can be established.Meanwhile,the reasonable line loss criterion reflecting the difference in different regions is given.Firstly,the research background and significance of distribution transformer line loss is introduced.According to the analysis of the current status of research on the transformer district line loss and the application of computer technology and network communication technology in power system,the method and content of this research on line loss are presented.For the extraction of influencing factors of line loss,several current methods of theoretical line loss in low voltage areas calculation are analyzed.Secondly,the power consumption data of distribution transformers are preprocessed according to the difference of areas,power consumption and electricity consumption,and the power district subareas are divided.The principal component analysis method is used in every partition to reduce data dimension and eliminate data redundancy and will simplify the analysis.The K-means method which is optimized in elimination of noise data,rapid calculation of clustering quality index and determination of initial cluster center is used in each partition of low-voltage transformer.After clustering analysis,multiple linear regression is used for the establishment of line loss prediction model for low voltage and a specific example is given to show the process.After that,the low-voltage reasonable loss assessment method is studied in this paper for the sake of the reasonable loss criterion more suitable for actual use.The application of line loss prediction model is researched based on Euclidean distance classifier and SVM classifier and also a specific example is given to show the application.Finally,for the purpose of convenience of line loss analysis and prediction,discrimination of unreasonable transformers in line loss,the distribution of rectification instruction and real-time management of line loss,the online analysis module of low voltage line loss is developed.And then the use of the function of the module is demonstrated concretely in this paper.
