The substation is an important electric power equipment in the process of electric energy transmission.The number of the equipment and the secondary equipment in a 220kV substation can reach several hundred units.The main function of the substation video monitoring system is to carry on the long-distance inspection to the running personnel,the monitoring personnel carries on the real-time monitoring to the sceneenvironment and the equipment condition,realizes the big accident accident,promptly handles all the accident situation.Because the objects in the substation are similar in shape,large in number and complicated in scene,establishing the corresponding relationship between monitoring equipment and power equipment is an urgent problem to be solved in Substation Video Surveillance system.At present,the object management system of substation video surveillance equipment mainly adopts the mode of manual configuration.In this way,the workload is large and the work efficiency is low,which reduces the intelligent level of the power grid.Therefore,it is urgent to combine intelligent image analysis technology with substation video surveillance system,and build an intelligent management system to realize the transformation of system functions and management methods.On the basis of the traditional object management system of substation video surveillance equipment,the two-dimensional code tag image recognition method based on substation surveillance camera is introduced for the first time,develop an intelligent object management system for substation video surveillance equipment.This paper briefly expounds the requirement analysis and overall design of the system,The system consists of substation station analysis processing unit and central platform processing unit,through the central platform processing unit to achieve the substation station analysis subsystem of the unified management。On the basis of automatic construction of video surveillance camera and power equipment it realize the management function of video equipment,Intelligent analysis task management function,user and authority management function,analysis result inquiry function and basic video surveillance function and so on.The paper focuses on the two-dimensional code identification and automatic patrol technology based on the surveillance camera of substation,including the implementation algorithm and the processing flow.Then,the paper expounds the class diagram design,static design,dynamic design and database design of the system in detail.The paper expounds the implementation process of each module of the system,including system configuration management module,historical analysis results query module,the application of video monitoring module,user and access processing module,real-time analysis results query module.The intelligent substation video surveillance equipment object management system researched in this project has been applied to 110kV substation of power company.According to the experimental verification,the software system can realize the automatic identification of the two-dimensional code information of all the equipment objects in the substation site through the automatic patrol of the camera,and completes the automatic recognition of the substation equipment object based on the two-dimensional code label,and completes the camera Set the settings for the substation image intelligent application provides an effective technical support.
