As the core power equipment on the aircraft,the performance,complexity and integration of gas turbine is increasing.Gas turbine is prone to malfunction for its dreadful operating condition and long continuous working time.The gas path fault is the main source of gas turbine malfunction,which greatly reduce the safety and reliability of the gas turbine.In view of this,a real gas turbine gas path system is taken as a specific research object,and its health state assessment technology is carried out in order to improve the safety and reliability of a gas turbine.According to the actual requirement of research project,based on a comprehensive analysis of the actual working status and characteristics of a gas turbine gas path system,the paper uses the concept of “health level” to describe the health state of the gas path system,and the gas path system health status is divided into five health levels.Secondly,a health state assessment index system applied to the gas path system is built.According to this index system,the health state assessment model based on entropy method and gray clustering method,combination weighting method and cloud barycenter method is established respectively.The health state of the gas path system is evaluated by two different models.The actual verification shows that the two different health state assessment models established in this paper can assess the health status of the gas path system accurately and achieve the health state assessment performance of the gas path system.Finally,on the basis of studying and researching the two different health state assessment methods,the paper analyzes and compares the two methods of gas path system health state assessment.This paper clarifies the characteristics and applicability of two different health state assessment methods,and provide theoretical guidance and reference for the health status assessment of the other complex systems.
