The prefabricated building industry is rapidly developing in China.The related technology research and development,construction management system,compound talents training and other aspects are relatively lagging,which increases the risk in procurement,production,construction and other stages.The construction stage is the stage in which prefabricated building has the largest expenditure,the highest incidence of safety accidents,and the largest consumption of materials and other resources.Moreover,the uncertainty of risk is seldom considered in the risk of assessment methods.Therefore,the risk assessment study of prefabricated building construction is of great significance.Taking the risk in the construction stage of prefabricated buildings as the research object,it was researched according to the risk evaluation process.Firstly,it sorted out the research status of prefabricated building construction risk assessment and combination weighting method,and elaborated related theories.Secondly,based on the principles and content of risk identification,the risk was carried out by means of fault tree analysis,and then the index system was established from five aspects of human,material,technology,management and environment.Thirdly,the evaluation model based on the G1-COWA combination weighting method and the cloud model was established because the order relation method could effectively avoid the disadvantages of AHP,COWA operator could avoid the influence of extreme value on weighting results,and cloud model could fully consider the uncertainty in the evaluation.Finally,the index system and evaluation model were applied to an example.The applicability and effectiveness of G1-COWA combination weighting method and cloud model in the research object are verified by using the evaluation standard of discrete degree index weighting method.The evaluation uncertainty is considered in the proposed cloud model evaluation method based on combination weighting,and it avoids the subjective weighting process,which has reference value for solving the risk evaluation problems of research objects.Figure 16;Table 23;Reference 49...
