As the important part of aircraft electromechanical system, the main function of aircrafthydraulic system is to provide drive capability for the aircraft’s various control device.Therefore, the aircraft hydraulic system performance directly affects the aircraft flight safety.As aircraft hydraulic system for the specific study object, the paper carries out aircrafthydraulic system health state comprehensive assessment technology. Firstly, the articlesummarizes the research significance of the aircraft hydraulic system health statecomprehensive assessment, and expounds the studies characteristics and related technicalmethods of the domestic and foreign health status assessment technical. Secondly,compositely considering the actual aircraft hydraulic system working status, the health statusis divided into five. And through in-depth analysis of the composition structure and workingmechanism of the aircraft hydraulic system, built the healthy state comprehensive evaluationindex system of aircraft hydraulic system,determined to characterize the key parameters ofthe aircraft hydraulic system health status. According to this system, the paper firstly presentsto use three methords, these methords include gray cluster of aircraft hydraulic system healthstate comprehensive evaluation method, gray cluster and entropy weight method aircrafthydraulic system health comprehensive evaluation method, and fuzzy gray cluster algorithmand combination weighting method aircraft hydraulic system health status integratedassessment method. Finally, through the experiments verified, three methods can be used toevenly accomplish the health status grading of aircraft hydraulic system, implement the healthstatus integrated assessment performance of the aircraft hydraulic system.On the basis of studying the three health state comprehensive evaluation methods, thepaper analyzes and compares the three methods of aircraft hydraulic systems health statecomprehensive evaluation. The conclusion obtains the applicability of the three methods,provides theoretical guidance for the latter aircraft hydraulic system health statecomprehensive assessment engineering applications.
