The aqueduct,a overhead structure used to transport water,bears the responsibility of a large proportion of irrigation,drainage and water diversion in our country.However,because of the impact of unreasonable design,defective construction quality and corroded concrete etc.,it caused an unanticipated deterioration of the disease that the overall performance of the aqueduct decreases over time.Moreover,it would have a bad impact on the aqueducts to use normally and safely and create huge losses economically and socially.Therefore,it is necessary to inspect and evaluate the comprehensive performance and timely diagnoses the status of the aqueduct,and take the corresponding measures of maintenance or reinforcement to prolong the life of the existing aqueduct.On the basis of research achievements of those bridges and other structures that the same as the aqueduct structure,this thesis describes a process of comprehensive performance evaluation and treatment systematically that is used to survey inspect,review,evaluate and treat the existing aqueduct along the basic idea of Practical Identification.In addition,this thesis puts forward a comprehensive performance evaluation model including safety,applicability,durability based on AHP-Entropy and a indicators rating standards about comprehensive performance evaluation.Finally,this thesis uses the method of expert scoring and the One-vote veto to evaluate the comprehensive performance and determine the status of reinforced concrete aqueduct.In response to the diseased aqueduct that needs to be repaired or strengthened according to the evaluation result,this thesis puts forward a decision-making method to optimize the reinforcement plan of reinforced concrete aqueduct based on VE.On the one hand,this thesis introduces the idea of variable weight to evaluate the indicators weight in the function evaluation model and obtain the function coefficient.On the other hand,this thesis analyzes the life cycle cost factors to calculate the cost coefficient and chooses the best option based on the value factor finally.This thesis uses engineering example to describes the application process of these theory systematically the above mentioned.Moreover,the design idea,construction process and reinforcement effect of external prestressing reinforcement method are focused studied.The example proves that these research results are reasonable and reliable,and these have strong theoretical and practical guiding significance.
