Based on the engineering background of Hongnong aqueduct in Lingbao City.The safety and stability of aqueduct is evaluated by on-site inspection,finite element numerical simulation and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.According to the evaluation results,several alternative steel bars are proposed,using the improved Sugnot fuzzy integral theory,a solution scheme is given,and the reinforcement scheme is optimized.The primary coverage:(1)For Hongnong Aqueduct the field quality inspection is carried out.Through inspection,it is found that the Hongnong aqueduct is seriously damaged,which needs to be repaired and reinforced immediately.(2)According to the data obtained from the test,the whole mechanical analysis of hongnong aqueduct under static and dynamic action was carried out.This article makes a comprehensive and scientific evalu0 ation of the safety and stability of Hongnong Aqueduct,and proposes corresponding control measures.(3)The hierarchical structure model of aqueduct is established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and perform a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the index structure status of the bottom of the aqueduct.Finally,the comprehensive state of the aqueduct structure is evaluated.Combined with an engineering example,Hongnong aqueduct is calculated.The calculation results of Hongnong aqueduct show that the structure state of Hongnong aqueduct belongs to class C(abnormal state).Namely,the operating index cannot reach the design standard.(4)Established an evaluation index system for program optimization,and the evaluation is fuzzy and random,each index is analyzed in detail.The Sugeno fuzzy integral theory in fuzzy mathematics is used to improve it,and then based on the improved Sugeno fuzzy integral theory,the optimization model of aqueduct reinforcement scheme is established,and its feasibility is verified by combining with Hongnong aqueduct reinforcement project.
